js.xml contains system specific paths, so added it to .gitignore
The doc generating script now runs `haxe build.hxml` to ensure the xml is present and up to date before building documentation

Corrected the errors given when attempting to build docs, such as module name typo (511f2c7) and type error (fa0ddb6).
Also changed some stuff involving doc generation, and updated the doc files.
